Age Limit
22-45. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1978 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible. In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit, the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Degree of Master of Law with at least 50% marks Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed a comprehensive test specifically conducted for the purpose by UGC or any agency duly constituted by the State Government in this behalf Experience Required: Experience at the Bar for a period not less than three years. In the absence of candidates with sufficient Bar experience, candidates without bar experience will also be considered. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Qualifications recognized by Executive Orders or Standing Orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post shall be sufficient.
Notes
Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination if a test is conducted. Probation period is two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Genuineness of experience certificates is subject to verification.
