Kerala PSC has invited applications for Veterinary Surgeon Grade II in Animal Husbandry (Category No. 103/2021). Vacancies: Dheevara-01 (One); pay scale: 39500 – 83000; method of appointment: Direct Recruitment (Only from candidates belonging to Dheevara reservation community). Apply online through Kerala PSC One Time Registration by 05-05-2021.

Age limit

18-42. Candidates must be born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). Usual age relaxation applicable as per rules. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Veterinary Science Technical Qualifications: • Registration with Kerala State Veterinary Council as per the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 • Knowledge of Malayalam language Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable. Note: Only Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy candidates are eligible for this post; Blindness/Low vision and Hearing Impairment categories are not eligible. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must complete the training course conducted by the Animal Husbandry Department during the probation period. Training period is treated as duty. Exemption from training applies to those who have passed B.V.Sc & AH course with internship training from Kerala Agricultural University or other agricultural universities, and those who have served as Livestock Assistant in the Animal Husbandry Department for not less than 5 years.
