Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Senior Lecturer in Biochemistry in Medical Education Department. Category No: 132/2013 to 135/2013. Vacancies: Scheduled Caste - 1(One), Muslim - 1(One), Viswakarma - 1(One), Hindu Nadar - 1(One). Scale of Pay: As per UGC Norms. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from among the above mentioned communities). Application of candidates other than the above communities will be rejected.. Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-07-2013 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

1) 21-49; Only candidates born between 02/01/1964 and 01/01/1992 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post in the case of backward communities. 2) 21-50; Only candidates born between 02/01/1963 and 01/01/1992 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post in the case of Scheduled Caste Community. In the absence of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Communities, candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe will be considered (Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • MD (Biochemistry)/DNB(Biochemistry) Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration under Travancore Cochin Medical Council Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: DNB qualifications must be acquired from a Medical College, which is recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala. Provisional Registration with any Medical Council will not be accepted.
