Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS) in the concerned subject from a recognized University • DNB in the concerned subject Technical Qualifications: • Three years of teaching experience or other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India • Permanent registration with the State Medical Council (Travancore-Cochin Medical Council) Experience Required: Three years of teaching experience or other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. Residency program period is considered as teaching experience for the post of Assistant Professor. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must submit confirmation for the exam through their profile. Applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation will be rejected. Candidates must have a valid photo uploaded after 31/12/2011. Mandatory 4 years of defense service is required for those appointed, except for those above 45 years of age or those in the differently-abled category.
