Age Limit
18-39. Candidates should have been born between 01-01-1996 and 02-01-1975 (both dates included). Usual relaxation for OBC and SC/ST candidates. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in Standard VII/III Forum Technical Qualifications: • Must possess valid Driving Licence of three years standing to drive Light Motor Vehicle with Driver's badge • Proficiency in Driving-Light motor vehicles which is to be proved in a practical test conducted by KPSC during the course of selection. Only those who pass 'H' test are eligible for Road test. Experience Required: Three years standing to drive Light Motor Vehicle Physical Standards: Ear: Hearing should be perfect. Eye: Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen, Colour Vision Normal, Night blindness Nil. Muscles and joints: No paralysis, all joints with free movement. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Not specified
Notes
Ranked list prepared for each district. Selection on Revenue District basis. Candidates advised for appointment in one district are not eligible for transfer to another district unless they complete 5 years continuous service. Probation period of 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years. Physically handicapped candidates are not eligible.
