Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: ā€¢ Degree in Arabic language from a recognized university in Kerala ā€¢ Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic from a recognized university in Kerala ā€¢ Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) from Calicut University ā€¢ Plus Two with Part III Arabic (Optional) from Higher Secondary Board, Kerala ā€¢ SSLC with Arabic as First Language (Part I and II) from Kerala Government Examination Commissioner ā€¢ SSLC or equivalent examination Technical Qualifications: ā€¢ Must have passed Arabic Munshi (Higher) examination ā€¢ Must have passed Arabic Munshi (Lower) examination ā€¢ Must have passed Arabic Teachers examination ā€¢ Must have passed Arabic Entrance examination conducted by Kerala or Calicut University ā€¢ Must have passed Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET-IV) Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency orders/Government orders regarding qualifications must be produced at the time of verification.
Notes
Candidates must follow Part II KS&SSR. Selection is district-wise. Candidates must submit application for only one district. Confirmation for exam is mandatory.
