Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Full Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) - UPS in Education. Category No: 186/2021 - 190/2021. Vacancies: District-wise (Ernakulam - 1, Thrissur - 2, Palakkad - 1). Scale of Pay: ₹ 25,200-54,000/- (PR). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to LC/AI, OBC, Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, Viswakarma, Hindu Nadar communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 02-06-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Or A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Or Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. • Or Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) Course of the Higher Secondary Board, Kerala. • Or SSLC Examination of the Government Commissioner for Examination, Kerala, with First Language Arabic (Paper I and II). • Or SSLC Examination or its equivalent, and any of the following qualifications: 1) Arabic Munshi Examination (Higher) 2) Arabic Munshi Examination (Lower) 3) Arabic Teachers Examination 4) Admission Test conducted by Kerala or Calicut University. Technical Qualifications: • Pass in Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by Government of Kerala. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency orders and BA Arabic & Islamic History Double Main degree recognized by universities in Kerala as per G.O.(Ms) No.8/19/G.Edn dated 14.01.2019 are also considered.
