Age Limit

20-39. Candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST and other backward communities. Employees of Technical Education, Public Works, Public Health Engineering, Industries, and Architecture & Town Planning departments are eligible for age relaxation up to 50 years as of 01.01.2022.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • First Class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant branch from a recognized University after regular course of study. Technical Qualifications: • Degree in Automobile Engineering • Degree in Mechanical (Automobile) Engineering Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Higher qualifications like PhD/M.Phil/Post Doctoral Fellowship in relevant subjects will be awarded additional marks as per the notification.

Notes

The rank list prepared will have a minimum validity of one year and a maximum of three years. 3% of vacancies are reserved for differently abled candidates (Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy, Low Vision, and Hearing Impairment). Candidates appointed are liable to serve in the Defence Department for a period of four years including training period if required by the Government.
