Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Or A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Or Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the Calicut University. • Or Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) course of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. • Or SSLC Examination of the Kerala Government Examination Commissioner with Arabic as First Language (First Paper and Second Paper). • Or Passing SSLC Examination or its equivalent and having any of the following qualifications: 1) Arabic Munshi Higher Examination, 2) Arabic Munshi Lower Examination, 3) Arabic Teachers Examination, 4) Entrance Examination of the Kerala or Calicut Universities. Technical Qualifications: • Passing of Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post conducted by Government of Kerala. Experience Required: Not less than 5 years service as Clerk/Typist/Attender/Office Attender/Full Time Menial in the General Education Department as on the last date of application. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency orders if any shall be produced.

Notes

Rules of reservation and rotation are not applicable for By Transfer appointment as per KS&SSR Part II Rules 14 to 17. Candidates must be approved probationers/full members of the Kerala General Education Subordinate Service.
