Age Limit
18-36. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) with usual relaxations to SC/ST and Other Backward Communities.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Must have passed SSLC Technical Qualifications: • KGTE/MGTE (Lower) in Surveying and Levelling along with any two of the following subjects: (a) Building Drawing and Estimating (Lower), (b) Building Materials and Construction (Lower), (c) Earth Work and Road Making (Lower), (d) Hydraulics and Irrigation Engineering (Lower), (e) Mensuration (Lower) • OR • Surveyor Trade Certificate obtained from the Director, Employment and Training, under the Draftsman Training Scheme • OR • ITI Certificate in Draftsman (Civil or Mechanical) Trade • OR • Diploma in Agricultural and Rural Engineering of not less than 2 years duration awarded by Kerala Agricultural University or equivalent qualification recognized by Kerala Agricultural University Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
Notes
The selection to the post will be made on a district basis in pursuance of the special conditions contained in G.O.(MS) No.154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A person appointed to a district quota shall not be transferred to another district within 5 years from the date of commencement of service.
