Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • M.Ch. (Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery)/DNB (Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery)/M.Ch. (Cardiac Surgery)/M.Ch. (Thoracic Surgery). Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (Travancore – Cochin Medical Council) Experience Required: Three years Physical Teaching Experience or such other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualifications instead of the qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
Notes
Applications submitted by candidates other than the specified communities will be summarily rejected. Compulsory military service condition applies for those appointed. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing examinations if tests are conducted.
