Kerala PSC has invited applications for Part Time Junior Language Teacher (Urdu) in Education (Category No. 336/2020). Vacancies: District wise: Kannur- 3 (Three); pay scale: 18,000-41,500/-; method of appointment: Direct Recruitment. Apply online through Kerala PSC One Time Registration by 20-01-2021.

Age limit

18 – 40. Candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible. Usual age relaxation for SC/ST and Other Backward Communities applies. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification. • Degree in Urdu conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Urdu awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Pass in Adib-I-Fazil (Preliminary) Examination in Urdu conducted by anyone of the Universities in Kerala. • A Pass in Urdu Higher Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • BA Urdu and Islamic History double Main Course by Kannur University. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Exemption: Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed. in the respective subjects are exempted from acquiring TET. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of the KS&SSR will be applicable. Applications of candidates who have claimed qualification equivalent to those prescribed will be considered equivalent only if they produce Government Orders to prove equivalency at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile if a Written Test/OMR/Online Examination is conducted. Failure to submit confirmation will lead to rejection. Candidates must add AADHAAR card as I.D. Proof in their profile.
