Age Limit
18-50. Only candidates born between 01-01-1995 and 02-01-1963 (both dates included) are eligible.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in Standard VII/III Forum. Technical Qualifications: • Must possess valid Driving Licence of three years standing to drive Medium/Heavy Good/Passenger Motor Vehicle with badge. • Proficiency in Driving-Medium/Heavy goods/ passenger motor vehicles which is to be proved in a practical test conducted by KPSC during the course of selection. Experience Required: Three years standing in driving Medium/Heavy Good/Passenger Motor Vehicle. Physical Standards: Ear: Hearing should be perfect. Eye: Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen, Colour Vision Normal, Night blindness Nil. Muscles and joints: No paralysis, all joints with free movement. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Not specified
Notes
Candidates must be approved probationers/full members of the subordinate service. Appointment by transfer/promotion and Direct Recruitment is in the ratio 1:3. Selection is on a Revenue District basis. Physically Handicapped candidates are not eligible. A practical test will be conducted. Candidates must possess a current Driving Licence on the date of application, practical test, and interview. Probation period is 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years.
