Who can apply
Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Full Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic)- LPS in Education. Category No: 373/2013 to 374/2013. Vacancies: District Wise: Malappuram (14 SC, 4 ST), Kollam (4 SC), Palakkad (7 SC), Wayanad (2 SC), Kannur (5 SC), Kasaragod (1 SC). Scale of Pay: Rs. 11,620 – 20,240/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities only). In the absence of candidates belonging to SC community, candidates belonging to ST Community will be considered and vice versa.. Applications must be submitted online on or before 20-11-2013 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
• A Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala
• A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala
• A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Govt. Examinations, Kerala with Arabic under part I and II first language
• A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent and any one of the following qualifications
Technical Qualifications:
• A pass in Arabic Munshi Examination (Higher) conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala
• A pass in Arabic Munshi Examination (Lower) conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala
• A pass in Arabic Teachers Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala
• A pass in Arabic Entrance Examination of the Kerala /Calicut Universities
• A pass in Arabic Munshi Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala

General conditions from the notification⌄
Selection is on a Revenue District basis. Candidates advised for appointment in one Revenue District are not eligible for transfer to another District unless they complete 5 years of continuous service. Candidates already in Government Service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again.
