Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or equivalent qualification from a recognized University. Technical Qualifications: • Associateship membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Experience Required: Three years experience as Secretary in Limited Companies or Public Sector Undertakings. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable.
