Age Limit
20-44 [Only candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.1996 (both dates included) are eligible to apply]. Officers of the Technical Education Department, Public Works Department, Public Health Engineering Department, Industries Department, Architecture and Town Planning department may also apply with age relaxation to the extent of their service (Maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years as on 01.01.2015).
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Electronics Engineering with not less than 60% marks in the qualifying Examination. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.
Notes
Applications of candidates belonging to communities other than Scheduled Caste will be summarily rejected. Liability to serve in Defence Services: Persons appointed shall be liable to serve for a minimum period of four years in the Defence services or on assignments relating to Defence efforts anywhere in India or abroad, if so required, within the first 10 years of service and ordinarily not for persons above 40 years of age.
