Age Limit
18-40. Candidates should have been born between 02/01/1982 and 01/01/2004 (both dates included). Usual age relaxation is applicable to SC/ST and Other Backward Communities.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. • OR Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) Course conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. • OR SSLC Examination of the Kerala Government Examination Commissioner with Arabic as First Language (First Paper and Second Paper) Part I and II. • OR SSLC Examination or its equivalent, and any of the following qualifications: 1) Arabic Munshi Higher Examination 2) Arabic Munshi Lower Examination 3) Arabic Teachers Examination 4) Admission Test conducted by Kerala or Calicut Universities. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test - IV (K-TET IV) for this post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency orders and exemptions regarding NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed/KTET apply as per rules.

The rules and regulations of general conditions as per Part II of KS&SSR and other government orders are applicable. Candidates must submit confirmation (One Time Verification/Profile confirmation) before exams.
