Age Limit
18-43. Only candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Relaxations as per General Conditions apply.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent. • A pass in Pre-degree examination conducted by any of the Universities in Kerala or any examination recognized by any such Universities in Kerala as equivalent to Pre-degree examination. • A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examinations, Kerala or any other Examinations recognized by Government as equivalent thereto. Technical Qualifications: • A pass in TTC (Kannada) Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala (D.Ed/D.El.Ed is also considered). • Must have passed Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET Category -I) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. In the absence of candidates with TTC (Kannada) of Kerala, candidates with TCH (Mysore) shall be considered. B.Ed certificate will not be considered in lieu of TTC (Kannada).

Candidates must adhere to Part II of the General Conditions. Applications not in accordance with the terms will be rejected. Bogus claims will lead to disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976.
