Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS (Anatomy, Pathology) in MEDICAL EDUCATION. Category No: 564/2021 – 565/2021. Vacancies: 01 (One each) in the following subjects: Anatomy (564/2021), Pathology (565/2021). Scale of Pay: As per UGC Norms. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from Scheduled Tribes only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 05-01-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

21 - 50. Only Candidates born between 02/01/1971 and 01/01/2000 (both dates included) are eligible. No other age relaxation will be allowed. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Medical Post Graduate Degree such as MD/MS from a recognized University or DNB in the concerned discipline (Anatomy or Pathology respectively) Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (Travancore Cochin Medical Council) Experience Required: Three years Physical Teaching Experience or such other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. Post Graduate study period for Medical subjects will be considered as teaching experience provided candidates have undergone Residency Programme. If not, a certificate from the Principal is required. Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Part II Rule 10(a)ii of KS&SSR is applicable. DNB qualifications must be acquired from a Medical College recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala. Provisional Registration will not be accepted.

Candidates must serve for 4 years during the first 10 years of service anywhere in India or abroad under defence services if required (exemptions apply). Paragraphs 2, 3, and 25 of General Conditions are not applicable. Appointment subject to G.O.(P) No. 21/76/PD and G.O.(P) No. 25/94/GAD.
