Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • SSLC or equivalent qualification Technical Qualifications: • KGTE (Lower) Drawing Group Certificate or equivalent • Certificate in Civil Engineering (Draftsman) after 18 months course from Engineering Colleges or Industrial Training Centers recognized by the Government of India/Kerala • Draftsman (Civil) Second Grade Certificate • Building Drawing and Estimating (Higher) or (Lower) KGTE or equivalent, plus two subjects of Civil Engineering of KGTE or equivalent examination • Diploma in Civil Engineering from Kerala Government Polytechnics • Diploma in Agriculture and Rural Engineering from Thavanur Rural Institute • Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate in Draftsmanship and Quantity Surveying • Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate in Building Technology Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
Notes
Candidates must follow the general conditions as per Part II of KS&SSR. Probation period is two years within a continuous service period of three years.
