Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Cook in Scheduled Caste Development. Category No: 711/2021 – 718/2021. Vacancies: Districtwise (NCA). Scale of Pay: ₹ 16500-35700 (PR). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Muslim, LC/AI, OBC, Viswakarma, Scheduled Caste, Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, SIUC Nadar and Dheevara communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 02-02-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

1) 18-39: Candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). 2) 18-41: In the case of Scheduled Caste candidates, those born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in SSLC Examination or equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • K.G.C.E in Food Production from Government Food Craft Institute or any other equivalent qualification recognised by Government of Kerala. Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II of K.S & S.S.R is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.

General conditions from the notification
Probation: One year on duty within a continuous period of three years. Selection is on Revenue District basis. Candidates must submit confirmation for written/OMR/online exams. False claims will lead to disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure.
