Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: ā€¢ A Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. ā€¢ OR A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. ā€¢ OR Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. ā€¢ OR Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) course of the Higher Secondary Board, Kerala. ā€¢ OR SSLC with Arabic as First Language (First Language comprising Paper I and Paper II) of Kerala Government Examination Commissioner. ā€¢ OR SSLC or its equivalent and any of the following qualifications: 1. Arabic Munshi Examination (Higher) 2. Arabic Munshi Examination (Lower) 3. Arabic Teachers Examination 4. Passed Entrance Examination of the Universities of Kerala or Calicut. Technical Qualifications: ā€¢ Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. As per G.O.(Ms) No.8/19/P&ARD dated 14.01.2019, BA Arabic & Islamic History Double Main degree is recognized as equivalent qualification.
