Anticipated Vacancies.

18-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.

(1) Pass in SSLC or equivalent. (2) Typewriting English (Higher) KGTE/ MGTE and Computer Word Processing or its equivalent. (3) Typewriting Malayalam (Lower ) KGTE or its equivalent. Note: Those who have passed Typewriting (English) before January 2002, must have acquired separate certificate in Computer Word Processing or its equivalent.

(i) The Ranked list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years, provided the said list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked List is published after the minimum period of expiry of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies reported to the Commission in writing during the period of currency of the list in accordance with the rules of reservation and rotation followed by the Commission. Candidates shall not have the right to choose a particular Company/Corporation/Board or scale of pay. (ii) Vacancies reported from other Companies/ Boards/ Corporations mentioned above having similar qualifications will also be filled up from the Ranked List prepared on the basis of this notification. (iii) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation, the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier. (iv) 4% of the total fresh vacancies reported shall be reserved for eligible Differently Abled candidates with disabilities as specified vide G.O.(P) No.5/2023/SJD dated 01.10.2023. The Recruitment of the Differently Abled candidates will be subject to the orders regarding recruitment to various Company/Board/Corporation made by them from time to time.
