Age Limit
18-39. Candidates born between 02/01/1982 and 01/01/2003 (both dates included). Maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years including all concessions.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Pass in SSLC or its equivalent. Technical Qualifications: • Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting Malayalam (KGTE) or its equivalent. • Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting English (KGTE) and Computer Word Processing or its equivalent. Experience Required: Ex-servicemen with service as Clerk (General duties), Clerk (Staff duties), Clerk (A.O.C), personal Assistants in the Army, Writers in the Navy, and Clerks (General duties) in the Air Force, who were under Category 'Class I' or served 15 years in the Clerical cadre in the Defence Forces are eligible. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable. Certificate in Computer Word Processing issued by Central/State Government Department/Agencies/Societies/Universities after completing a course of not less than three months is considered equivalent to KGTE Computer Word Processing.
Notes
Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Applications are subject to Part II of the KS&SSR. Candidates already in Government service holding this post are prohibited from applying.
