18-45. Candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation is applicable.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: ā€¢ Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. ā€¢ OR A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. ā€¢ OR Pre-degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of Calicut University. ā€¢ OR Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) course of the Higher Secondary Board, Kerala. ā€¢ OR SSLC Examination of the Kerala Government with Arabic as First Language (Part I and II). ā€¢ OR SSLC Examination of the Kerala Government or equivalent and must have passed any of the following: 1. Arabic Munshi (Higher) Examination, 2. Arabic Munshi (Lower) Examination, 3. Arabic Teachers Examination, 4. Arabic Entrance Examination of Kerala or Calicut University. ā€¢ BA Arabic & Islamic History Double Main degree is also considered as a qualification. Technical Qualifications: ā€¢ Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must produce the relevant Government Order at the time of OTR verification.
