Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • MBA (Finance) / MBA (HR) or Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India • Master's Degree of a recognized University in Arts/Science/Commerce with not less than 50% marks and HDC/JDC • Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University with not less than 60% marks and HDC/JDC • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture of a recognized University • B.Sc (Co-operation and Banking) of Kerala Agricultural University • Degree in Law Experience Required: 3 years regular service in any cadre in Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited (must be in service on date of application and appointment). For MBA/CA candidates, 3 years experience in Managerial/Supervisory cadre in Co-operative Institutions/Scheduled Banks/Government/Quasi Government Institutions/Public Limited Companies is required. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalency must produce Government order at the time of certificate verification.

General conditions from the notification

Selection on statewide basis. Probation for one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Rules of reservation as per General Rules 14 to 17 of Part II of KS & SSR, 1958 will be followed. Paras 2, 5(a) and 7 of General Conditions are not applicable.
