Age Limit

18-42. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1978 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit, the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. But in no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Diploma in Agriculture/Diploma in Organic Agriculture awarded by the Kerala Agricultural University. • In the absence of the above: Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate in Agriculture Physical Standards: Good Physique Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned.

Notes

Paragraphs two, three and twenty five (except the conditions laid down in the Rule 3 (C) of Part II of the Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules) are not applicable to this selection.
