Age Limit
Must have completed 18 (Eighteen) years as on 01.01.2026. Upper age limit is not applicable to this selection.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized University • Associate Membership of the Indian Institute of Architects (AIIA), Bombay Technical Qualifications: • Must possess a valid current Certificate of Registration with the Council of Architecture, New Delhi set up under the Architects Act 1972 (Central Act 20 of 1972) by the Government of India. Experience Required: Must have rendered service of not less than two years in any of the categories under Kerala Architectural Subordinate Service. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post.
