Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Modern Medicine or equivalent qualification Technical Qualifications: • Valid registration with Travancore-Cochin Medical Council Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency is determined by the Medical Council of India.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates appointed shall undergo compulsory service for 4 years (including training period) within the first 10 years of service in the Defence Services or in jobs related to Defence anywhere in India or abroad. This is not applicable to those who have completed 45 years of age or to differently-abled persons.
