Age Limit
21-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Pass in SSLC or its equivalent. • A Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (3 year course) awarded by the State Board of Technical Education or any institution recognized by Central Government or State Government. • Any qualification in either of the above disciplines declared as equivalent to the above Diplomas by the Central Government or the State Government. Technical Qualifications: • Must hold a current valid Driving License authorizing him to Drive Motor Cycle, Heavy Goods Vehicle and Heavy Passenger Motor Vehicle. Physical Standards: Must be Physically Fit and possess minimum physical standards (Height: 165 cm for Male, 152 cm for Female; Chest: 81 cm normal with 5 cm expansion for males only. Relaxed height for SC/ST is 160 cm for males and 150 cm for females). Must possess visual standards without glasses: Distant vision 6/6 snellen for both eyes, Near vision 0.5 snellen for both eyes. Full field of vision required. Colour blindness, squint or morbid conditions of the eye or lids are disqualifications. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable.
