Age Limit
21-49. Only candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post. (Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions.)
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Medical Post Graduate Degree such as MD/MS from a recognized University or DNB in the concerned discipline. Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (Travancore Cochin Medical Council) Experience Required: Three years Teaching Experience or such other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant equivalency certificate / Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
Notes
Candidates must follow Part II of KS&SSR. Those appointed must serve for four years during the first ten years of their service under Defence Services if required (exemptions apply for differently abled and those over 45). Confirmation for exam is mandatory if a test is conducted.
