Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Binder Grade II in Various. Category No: 113/2016. Vacancies: District wise (Communitywise): Pathanamthitta – SC – 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 8960-14260/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to SC community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 15-06-2016 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-41. Only candidates born between 02-01-1975 and 01-01-1998 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (Including the relaxation as per para 2 (I) of General conditions). Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in standard VII (new) or its equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Pass in Madras Government Technical Examination (M.G.T.E) or Kerala Government Technical Examination (KGTE) (Lower) in Book Binding. Experience Required: In the absence of candidates possessing the qualifications, 18 months experience in Book Binding in a Government Department/Registered Institution shall be considered, provided that they shall prove their proficiency in a practical test to be conducted by the Public Service Commission. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable.

General conditions from the notification
The selection is made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G O (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service. Candidates already in Government Service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post.
