Age Limit
18 – 50. Only candidates born between 02/01/1969 and 01/01/2001 (both dates included) are eligible. Relaxation in upper age limit will not be allowed. Candidates selected should not have completed 56 years of age while joining duty.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • A pass in SSLC or its equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Lower Grade Certificate in KGTE Malayalam Typewriting or its equivalent. • Lower Grade Certificate in KGTE English Typewriting and Computer Word Processing or its equivalent. Experience Required: Not applicable (Note: Ex-servicemen with 15 years of service can apply as per specific G.O.s mentioned in the notification). Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Part II Rule 10(a) ii of KS&SSR is applicable. Certificates in Computer Word Processing issued by Central/State Govt Departments/Agencies/Societies/Universities after a course of not less than 3 months are considered equivalent to KGTE Computer Word Processing.
Notes
Selection is on a Revenue District basis. Candidates must submit confirmation for OMR/Online test through their profile. Appointments are subject to KS&SSR rules and specific G.O.s regarding special reservations.
