Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: ā€¢ Degree from a UGC recognized University or National Institutes established by Central Government or Institutes established by Kerala Government with HDC/JDC or equivalent qualification. ā€¢ MBA in Marketing from a UGC recognized University or National Institutes established by Central Government or Institutes established by Kerala Government. Experience Required: 3 (Three) years managerial cadre experience obtained in Central/State Service or Public Sector Undertakings or Registered Private Enterprises or Co-operative Institutions. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable for this selection.

General conditions regarding Part II KS&SSR Rule 14-17, probation period under KCS Rule 184 (3 years service within which 2 years probation), and general rules 2, 5(a), 7 not applicable.
