Age Limit
1) 18 – 42 (Viswakarma candidates born between 02.01.1974 and 01.01.1998); 2) 18 – 44 (ST candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.1998). Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in Standard VII/III Forum Technical Qualifications: • Must possess valid Driving Licence of three years standing to drive Light Motor Vehicle with Driver's badge • Proficiency in Driving Light Motor Vehicles which is to be proved in a practical test (including H test) conducted by KPSC Experience Required: Three years standing in valid Driving Licence to drive Light Motor Vehicle Physical Standards: Hearing should be perfect. Distant Vision: 6/6 Snellen (both eyes). Near Vision: 0.5 Snellen (both eyes). Normal Colour Vision. No Night blindness. No paralysis, all joints must be capable of free movement. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
Notes
Candidates must possess a current valid Driving Licence and badge throughout all stages of selection. Differently abled candidates are not eligible. Selection is on a Revenue District basis subject to G.O.(MS) No. 154/71/PD and G.O.(MS)No. 4/61/PD.
