Educational Qualifications: • B.Tech in Polymer Science / Rubber Technology from a UGC recognized University or an institution established by the Government of India or Government of Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • 5 years of experience in the same field in Rubber Products/Processing industry registered under Companies Act/Factory Rules. • Desirable: Experience in Intermix/Banbury. • Desirable: Working knowledge in Computer/Business Management. Experience Required: 5 years of experience in the same field in Rubber Products/Processing industry registered under Companies Act/Factory Rules. Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable.

Candidates must be on probation for a period of one year within a continuous service of two years. Selection is on a state-wide basis. General conditions as per Part II of KS&SSR apply.
