Age limit

18-26. Only candidates born between 02.01.1994 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible. Usual age relaxation for OBC, Scheduled caste converts, and SC/ST candidates as per Rule 10(c) of general rules. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Must have Passed Plus Two or its equivalent examination. Technical Qualifications: • Diploma in Computer Application (Preferential) Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Must not be less than 152 cms in height (150 cms for SC/ST). Must have proficiency in swimming. Must qualify in at least 5 out of 8 items of the physical efficiency test. Must meet specific visual standards (Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen, full field of vision, no colour blindness/squint). Must produce a Medical Certificate from a Civil Surgeon. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Rule 10(a)(ii) Part II applicable.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must submit confirmation for exam via profile. Separate Ranked Lists for each district. Probation period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Bond required to serve for 7 years after training or pay Rs. 50,000.
