Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: ā€¢ Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. ā€¢ OR Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. ā€¢ OR Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. ā€¢ OR Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) Course of the Higher Secondary Board, Kerala. ā€¢ OR SSLC Examination of the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala, with Arabic as First Language (First Part and Second Part). ā€¢ OR A pass in SSLC Examination or its equivalent and any of the following qualifications: 1. Arabic Munshi (Higher) Examination, 2. Arabic Munshi (Lower) Examination, 3. Arabic Teachers Examination, 4. Examination passed corresponding to the Pre-Entrance Examination of the Kerala/Calicut University. ā€¢ BA Arabic & Islamic History double main degree awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: ā€¢ Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Government Orders regarding equivalency must be produced during verification.
Notes
Applications submitted through online mode other than One Time Registration will be summarily rejected. Rules regarding probation, applicability of Part II of KS&SSR, and submission of confirmation for written/OMR/online tests are applicable.
