Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Full Time Junior Language Teacher (Sanskrit) in Education. Category No: 656/2017. Vacancies: District wise: Palakkad – 2 (Two). Scale of Pay: 25200-54000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 31-01-2018 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-40. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.1999 (Both dates included) with usual relaxation to SC/ST and Other Backward Communities. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • SSLC or its equivalent. • A Degree in Sanskrit conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala • A title of Oriental learning in Sanskrit awarded or recognized by any one of the Universities in Kerala. • Oriental School leaving certificate (Sanskrit) issued by the Government of Kerala. • A Pass in the preliminary examination in Sanskrit conducted by any one of the Universities in Kerala. • A Pass in the Pre-University or Pre-Degree Examination from the Sanskrit College affiliated to the Universities in Kerala. • A Pass in Sanskrit Teachers Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • A Pass in the Pre-Degree Examination with Sanskrit (Sahitya) and Sanskrit (Sastra) as Optional subjects conducted by the Arts or Science Colleges affiliated to the Universities in Kerala. • A pass in plus 2 course conducted by the Kerala Higher Secondary Directorate with Sanskrit (Sahitya), Sanskrit (Sasthra), History and Economics as combination. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Exemption: Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed. in the respective subjects are exempted from acquiring TET. Experience Required: None specified, except for Laboratory Attenders in departmental High Schools (5 years service for age relaxation). Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR will be applicable.
