Vacancies: Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava - 1 (One). Scale of Pay: 45800-87000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From among candidates belonging to the Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava Community). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • First Class Master's Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology from a recognised University after undergoing a regular course of study. • Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology or any other qualification recognised by Government as equivalent there to with not less than 60% marks in the qualifying examination. Technical Qualifications: • Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology obtained after undergoing a regular course of study for not less than 3 years with 60% marks in the qualifying examinations and a pass in section A and B of AMIE will be considered as equivalent to Degree in Engineering/Technology. Experience Required: Five years experience in teaching as Lecturer in Government / Government aided or AICTE approved Polytechnic Colleges. In the absence of the above qualification: 8 (Eight) years experience in Engineering profession of which atleast 3 (three) years should be teaching experience in the subject as Lecturer not below Diploma Level in recognised/approved Institution. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.

Applications of candidates belonging to communities other than Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava will be summarily rejected. Experience claimed shall be the one gained after acquiring basic qualification. Veracity of experience certificates will be scrutinized and bogus certificates will lead to legal action.
