Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of High School Assistant (Physical Science) – Malayalam Medium in Education. Category No: 150/2016. Vacancies: District wise: Malappuram - Scheduled Caste – 1 (One). Scale of Pay: 15,380-25,900/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste community only). In the absence of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Community, candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe Community will be considered.. Applications must be submitted online on or before 20-07-2016 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in the concerned subject and B.Ed/BT in the concerned subject conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Post Graduates in concerned subject are also eligible to apply for the post, if they possess BEd/BT in the concerned subject. • Diploma in Rural Service awarded by the National Council for Rural Higher Education will also be treated as equivalent to Degree for the above purpose. Technical Qualifications: • The applicant should have taken physics/Chemistry as main subject for graduation. • Degree in Geology (Main) with Physics and Chemistry as subsidiary subjects and B.Ed. Degree (Physical Science) can also be considered as an alternative qualification. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Post title degree holders are not eligible to apply. Those candidates who secured B.Ed/B.T Degrees from the Universities outside Kerala shall produce relevant orders declaring the said degree as equivalent.
