High School Teacher (Mathematics) Malayalam Medium (Recruitment By Transfer)

Recruitment by transfer from among the employees who have completed the prescribed service and who are working as Clerk/ Typist/Attender/Office Attendant/Binder in the General Education Department.

Educational Qualifications: • A Bachelors Degree with Mathematics or Statistics as Main Subject and B.Ed/B.T in the concerned subjects conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Post Graduates in Mathematics/Statistics with B.Ed/BT in the concerned subject will also be eligible to apply for the post. • Diploma in Rural Service awarded by the National Council for Rural Higher Education will also be treated as equivalent to Degree. • B.Sc Ed in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics stream conducted by the Regional Institute of Education, Mysore of NCERT is eligible. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. • Exemptions apply for candidates with CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed or those who entered service before 31.03.2012. Experience Required: Candidates should have service not less than 5 years as Clerk/ Typist/ Attender/ Office Attendant/ Binder in the General Education Department as on the date of application. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Qualifications declared by the Government as equivalent through Executive/Standing Orders and higher qualifications with prescribed qualification as basic qualification will be accepted.

Candidates must be an approved probationer/Full member of the Kerala General Education subordinate service. Selection is on a revenue district basis. Reservation rules (Rule 14 to 17 in Part II of KS & SSR) are not applicable to recruitment by transfer.
