Age Limit
20-45. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1978 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. But, in no case, the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Masters Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 45% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a Qualification recognised as equivalent thereto in the respective subject by any University in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher conducted by the Government of Kerala or by the Agency authorised by the State Government. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable for this post.
Notes
The Conditions laid down in paragraphs two, three and twenty five (except the conditions laid down in the Rule 3 (c) of Part II of the Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules) of General conditions are not applicable to this selection.
