(a) 18-37 (Candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2000 both dates included only are eligible to apply). (b) In the case of Supervisors/Inspectors/Ministerial Staff employed in the Apex/Regional/Central Co-Operative Institutions and in case of Clerk, Manager or Secretary in Primary Co-Operative Institutions in the State, they must not have completed 38 years of age as on 01.01.2018.

Educational Qualifications: • (A) B.Com Degree of Recognized University with Co-Operation as special subject. • (B) (i) BA or BSc or B.Com Degree of a recognized University AND (ii) Higher Diploma in Co-Operation OR Successful completion of the subordinate Personnel Training Course conducted by the Co-Operative Department OR Junior Diploma in Co-Operation awarded by the State Co-Operative Union, Kerala • (C) BSc. (Co-Operation and Banking) Degree of the Kerala Agricultural University. • (D) Diploma in Rural Services with Co-Operation as special subject awarded by the National Council for Rural Higher Education. • (E) Co-Operation Degree (Bachelor of Co-Operation) awarded by the Gandhigram Rural Institute (Deemed University). • For employees of Apex/regional/Central Co-Operative Institutions and Primary Co-Operative Institutions: (i) Pass in S.S.L.C or equivalent, (ii) Higher Diploma in Co-Operation OR Junior Diploma in Co-Operation Experience Required: Minimum service of five years as Supervisors/Inspectors or in any Ministerial Post in Apex/Regional/Central Co-Operative Institutions in the State or as Clerk/Secretary or Manager in Primary Co-Operative Institutions in the State (applicable for co-operative institution employees under specific qualification criteria). Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II KS & SR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must produce the relevant Government Order at the time of certificate verification.

The Ranked list published shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year up to a maximum of three years. Candidates must submit a confirmation for writing the OMR/Online test through their One Time Registration profile. No application fee is required. Candidates must execute an agreement with two sureties for training and service bond conditions.
