Age Limit
18-50. Candidates born between 2.1.1966 and 1.1.1998 (both dates included) only are eligible to apply. Relaxation in upper age limit will not be allowed.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Pass in SSLC or its equivalent Technical Qualifications: • Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting Malayalam (KGTE) • Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting English (KGTE) and Computer Word Processing or its equivalent Experience Required: Ex-Servicemen with 15 years service in the Clerical cadre in the Defence Forces are eligible. If appointed, they must acquire Malayalam Typewriting (Lower) qualification before completing probation. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Certificates in Computer Word Processing issued by Central/State Government Department/Agencies/Societies/Universities after a course of not less than three months are considered equivalent to KGTE Computer word processing.
Notes
Selection is on a revenue district basis. 3% of vacancies reserved for physically disabled persons (Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment, and Low Vision). Candidates must produce military discharge certificates when called. No application fee required.
