Age Limit

20-39, Only candidates born between 02/01/1984 and 01/01/2003 (both dates are included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities applies. Officers of the Technical Education Department, Public Works Department, Public Health Engineering Department, Industries Department, Architecture and Town Planning Department may also apply with age relaxation to the extent of their service (Maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years as on 01.01.2023).

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • MBA with Computer Application as an optional paper with not less than 60% marks in aggregate from a university recognized by any university in Kerala after undergoing a regular course of study. • MCA Degree with not less than 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university after undergoing a regular course of study and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from a Government recognized institution. • B.Tech Degree with not less than 60% marks in Computer Science with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from a Government recognized Institution after undergoing a regular course of study. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to the qualifications specified for the post are sufficient.

Notes

Candidates must follow Part II General Conditions. Probation period is two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Candidates are liable to serve in Defence Services for a minimum period of four years if required. Candidates must submit confirmation for written/OMR/online tests.
