Age Limit
22-40. Only candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Masters Degree with not less than 50% marks in Tamil Language and Literature from any statutory University established in India. • M.Ed Degree with not less than 50% marks with specialization in Language Education or Methods of Teaching Tamil from any statutory University established in India Technical Qualifications: • Teacher Eligibility Test or National or State Eligibility Test or M.Phil or Ph.D in the subject concerned or in Education Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of certificate verification.
Notes
Candidates must register as per One Time Registration. If Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted, candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination. Disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure, Rule 22 will be initiated against those who submit applications with bogus claims. AADHAAR Card should be added as ID Proof in profile.
