Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: ā€¢ Degree in any discipline ā€¢ MBA (HR) Experience Required: Five years of work experience. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must produce the government order proving the equivalency at the time of certificate verification.
Notes
The selection is state-wide. Candidates must have 3 years of regular service in any post in the affiliated Fisheries Development Welfare Co-operative Societies and must be continuing in service at the time of application and appointment. Probation period is 2 years within a continuous service of 3 years. Confirmation for exam is mandatory if an OMR/Online test is conducted.
