18-36, Only candidates born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.

Educational Qualifications: • Degree of a recognised University. (The qualification shall be one obtained from universities recognized by UGC or from any other institutes established by Govt. of India or Govt. of Kerala.) • Bachelor's degree and Master's degree are acceptable. Technical Qualifications: • Certificate showing successful completion of Advanced Palm Products Technology Course recognised by the Kerala Khadi and Village Industries Commission. [G.O.(Ms.) No. 43/2006/ID Dtd. 30.03.2006.] Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification, the qualification recognized by Executive Orders or Standing Orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post in the Special Rules and such of those qualification which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post.

Sub Paras v, viii, ix,x, xi and xiii in para 2, paras 5, 6 of the General Conditions are not applicable to this post. The selection to the above concern will be subject to the rules and regulations made by them from time to time.
