Age Limit
18-45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.1999 (both dates included) are eligible. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Arabic or Arabic as one of the optional subjects under pattern II of Part (III) and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the universities in Kerala. • A title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such title has been declared as equivalent to Part III of Degree) and Certificate in Language Teacher's Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Post Graduates in Arabic are also eligible to apply if they possess B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the universities in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. • Exemption: Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed. in the respective subjects are exempted from acquiring TET. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) will be applicable for the post. M.Phil in the concerned subject must be awarded by any of the Universities in Kerala or recognised as equivalent by any of the Universities in Kerala. B.Ed should be in the concerned language.
Notes
Selection is on a Revenue District basis. Candidates must register via One Time Registration. No application fee. Candidates must add AADHAAR card as I.D. Proof in their profile. General conditions as per Part II of the notification apply.
